Hendrik Meyer A Man of Many Seasons
Hendrik Meyer led an amazing life. Born in 1903 in Holland, he traveled the world in a submarine, searched for oil in the middle east, was a freedom fighter in the Dutch Resistance, a notorious spy in German uniform, and risked his life saving Jewish lives from the Holocaust. He consorted with men of military and political power, and spoke four languages fluently. During his lifetime, Hendrik lived in seven countries on three different continents. He was a watchmaker, a fine jeweler, a business owner, a Martial arts expert, a musician – and he was a father. This biography was written by his son, Hendrik Meyer.
